Is it better to go to Mont Parnasse by Airport bus and find a direct train or take one from CDG and make a change along the way. We are seniors and arriving early morning from long flight.

If you do not feel like spending some time in Paris, it is more comfortable to take a transport directly from CDG airport to Brittany:
- a direct TGV train from CDG train station to Rennes, and from Rennes a TGV or TER train to Auray (along the line to Quimper, not all these TGV stop in Auray)
- if you want to save more time, you can also switch airport in Paris, go to Orly airport, and from there a flight to Lorient, which is a 30min taxi drive from Auray.
