Could someone tell us the best way to get from nice to eze. We’ll be there the end of august.

What do you mean by "best"?
The bus is the best way by public transport. Nice city bus line 82 goes from Nice to Eze, and there might be other interurban lines on that route. Do not be fooled by the Eze train station: it is on the seaside, 300 metres below the village.
A taxi/Uber would not be a crazy idea, otherwise.
