We will be in London & Paris next month, leaving to come home on May 26th. We will be staying in Paris on Rue de Vaugirard near the Luxembourg Gardens. Our flight leaves at 1:30pm that day. What is the best way for us to travel from our apartment to CDG? I know there are probably a few options but I didn't know which one would work out best given where we are staying. Thanks!
For me it would be the RER. It goes directly from the Luxembourg stop to CDG.
Thanks Susan. Do you know approximately how long it would take?
44 minutes. Trains every 7 minutes or so week days. By "near Luxembourg Gardens", sounds like you will need to cut across the park to get to the RER station. There is a No 4 Metro station at Saint Placide or Saint Sulpice where you go to Les Halles to pick up the RER to CDG. They may be closer, but a bit more trouble with luggage.

The regional transit authority will help you plan your route by public transit with time estimates (which are a little bit optimistic, but still useful.)

Hi Diana,
Definitely take the RER, Luxembourg stop. That specific location has a smaller footprint, so you don't need to lug your suitcase all over compared to The Halles. It's located on the East side of the beautiful Luxembourg Garden area.
Enjoy Paris!
