Staying in Villefranche and would like input on options for getting to Eze.

It's 10-15 minutes by bus, route 602. The timetable (French language) is here. Note that there are only 6 journeys per day and no service on Sundays. Also note that the buses serve Eze-Village on the hilltop, not the seaside area of Eze-sur-mer - there is a long and steep downhill footpath between the two.
