Getting confused..shuttles are unreliable, cheaper, don't wait for you if plane is late and $ is lost..
I am ready to use the recommended Inter Service Prestige for 50 Euros that 2 of Rick's people wrote about..any ideas on this or others?
Thanks..looking for hassle free.

If you don't have too much luggage, you can easily get an RER express train from the airport to Gare du Nord or Chatelet, and a short taxi from there to your hotel. Paris by Train has good RER information.

I don't know about the "Inter Service Prestige" but 50 euros would just about pay for a regular taxi ("taxi normal") all the way in from the airport. There are plenty of them and they don't care how late the flight is.

Taxis from the official taxi line are as close to hassle free as anything else. Is there a reason why taxis are out of the question?

If you are interested in mass transit, the RER B will be an easy trip to your hotel. You would exit at Chatelet-Les Halles and walk about 10 minutes to your hotel.

I've been happy taking the RER, including when staying in that neighborhood and walking from Chatelet les Halles station. It's a busy station, but with many people getting off before others get on, you should be able to join the crowd exiting. If you have several people, then the taxi price starts to equal out.

Look at Easybus. It started service in Paris mid-May and gives drops off at the Louvre/Palais Royal area not too far from your hotel. Cost is super cheap and you could get a taxi the last few blocks if you desired.

None of the worry of trying to schlep luggage on public transportation when you are already feeling tired. None of the cost of a taxi all the way in. The cost is about 6 euros one way for two people, nonstop bus from CDG to the Louve.

Have you tried Uber? I read that Paris has Uber, and I believe the price from CDG to Paris is just 25. Could be the cheapest option for a group of 3 or 4 people.

Taxi.
Pamper yourself a little, you deserve it: you'll be tired and hauling all your baggage. Door to door service.
