I'll be in Strasbourg mid-May and have already booked a hotel (Hotel Boma). Now I'm thinking that I'd rather have a less minimalistic experience there. I would like to spend around $130-$160 a night and am a single traveler. If you've been to a terrific hotel there, I would love to hear about your experience. Thanks!

We really like staying here, at the Hotel Suisse. Good location, great breakfast, wonderful host.
