Looking for recs for the best value, of the options available in October.
Thank you!
Seine cruises are all the same. Just go to the one most convenient. I like Vedettes Pont Neuf at Pont Neuf but the ones at Pont d'Alma and the Eiffel Tower go on the same route.
Another vote for Vedettes Pont Neuf.
Our favorite is Bateau Parisien, which we did two weeks ago. They have two starting points, one at Notre Dame and one at the ET. We much prefer the Notre Dame start. The ET area where many tour boats start is a zoo with hawkers everywhere.
Bateau Parisiens is low key, soft voice minimal narration, whereas others can be loud, non-stop narration.
I’ve also done Vedettes du Pont Neuf and liked it. Also have done Bateaux Mouches and disliked it.
We took the one from Pont Marie because we wanted a one way route that would drop us off at the Eiffel Tower so we can walk around that area. We also wanted to be able to see ET all lit up from the water so we made sure to book an evening boat ride. We were there in October as well and inspite of the rain, it was still magical. It was definitely interesting finding the boat because all we found at Pont Marie was an unmanned booth with their sign and no boat so we weren’t sure we were in the right spot. They had emailed us a map of the meeting point and we were definitely in the right spot. When the boat finally came, it pulled up next to another boat that was anchored. We had to walk down the ramp and walk through that boat to get on our boat. It was quite an adventure!

I did one of the cheap ones I found on this website which was fine but next time plan to do a dinner which I think would be more fun and as slower you get to take things in more...https://theparisshortlist.com/places-to-visit-in-paris/
