Can anyone recommend a company for a Seine Dinner cruise?
While I dont recommend Seine dinner cruises on the whole, Le Calife is the one most frequently mentioned favorably on the forum.
I can recommend any of these:

Enjoyed immensely Le Calife a few years ago. Something you need to do at least once when visiting Paris.
For a similar price, you can ride a bus instead. Bustronome.com
Best is variable. Tocard gave the three that are known for food prepared on the boat and not brought in from an outside kitchen.
The Ducasse and Donjuan2 are gastronomic experiences from chefs recognized for outstanding food. This is an experience not just a meal. In fact the Donjuan has a Michelin star. Ducasse is a culinary legend. Looking at photos of the food would be helpful for all three. Gastronomic food can be quality ingredients transformed into mousses, sauces, interesting flavor combination, and it can be more experimental. Super-foodie friends were very happy they chose Ducasse. We didn't know about the Donjuan at the time.
The Calife, at a lower price, is a good meal, one you could find at many restaurants in France and some in the US but not a gastronomic one. The menu is straightforward and you know what you're getting. People enjoy their meals and the experience.
My Wife and did the Le Calife dinner cruise on our visit to Paris this past April. It was extremely enjoyable.
