Best Provence Markets for Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday?

We'll have a car and be in Provence a Monday through Wednesday. Not sure where we're staying yet, but the markets could influence that decision.
I'm looking specifically for provencal linens, soaps, lavender products, chocolates - souvenir & overall good shopping markets.

I know the markets have been discussed before, but I figured I'd pose the question in case there have been changes since previous posts I read.

Thanks in advance!

St. Remy has a great market on Wednesdays. There is also a very nice linens store in St. Remy.

I seem to remember Aix having a market of some sort almost every day of the week.

Hi Chris,

After some detective work, I found the receipt and the name of the place is C.T.P.A. located at 13 Rue Layfayette, inside the ring road in St. Remy. I see that there are many linens stores in St. Remy so you are bound to find something. My tablecloth is not one the typical Provencal patterns (although the store did have them), but it is more of a traditional tablecloth. It is my "go to" tablecloth--it has been washed many times and still looks like the day I bought it. It is all cotton but never needs ironing! I love it. One word of advice: figure out what size you need and convert it to centimeters before you go. Also the lady there at the time did not speak English but we managed OK.

Provencal markets generally have several vendors selling tablecloths, napkins, etc., and we've bought many over the years. One issue now is that more and more of them are polyester rather than cotton. I would guess that in a linen shop you'd probably find more cotton ones. But do check out market stalls. The prices are usually far lower there than in shops, but also look at the label to see whether it's made in France.

Definitely do the St. Remy market..... it is my favorite. So many beautiful items as well as amazing food.
I have bought a lot of linens in St. Remy... some wonderful ones from the market, but their linen shops are amazing.... definitely pricey, but well worth it. I bought some things there for my daughter's wedding. There are a number of shops. Also a great chocolate shop where I had lavender chocolate:)
