Best places to stay in Paris with kids

Hello,

I am travelling to Paris during end of May for 4 days, along with my family. I have two kids (4 years & 1 year) with me. Can you suggest a good area to stay, which is safe, has subway access, supermarts (for food) in the vicinity. We would obviously like to avoid party places & red-light areas. Would prefer places which have gardens /water bodies in the vicinity. Budget is around 100 Euros per night. Thanks for your help !!

Is this three people then, you and two children? Unfortunately, E100/night will not get you much in Paris, let alone those meeting your stated preferences. A suggestion. Look at booking.com plugging in your specifics and see what you come up with. After you find some, return here for opinions on them. Don't forget to furnish the links.

Dear 75020,
I am getting good options in Airbnb, near 7th Arr, in about 100-120 Euros per day. Would you recommend that location ? Also, if i move little far, which would be a peaceful & safe location with good connectivity ??
We are 2+2 (out of which one is infant).

If you've followed this forum you are aware of Paris' crackdown on illegal rentals. Illegal rentals are indicated by the lack of the 13 digit registration number beginning with 75 on the web site. Before you even consider the apartment shown, you should make sure that it is registered. Using the term "near the 7th" takes in a lot of territory and doesn't help much to identify the location. Areas change from street to street. Cross streets or metro stops are better indicators.

Dear 75020,
How can you confirm that a rental is registered? Is there an online database or someway to check a registration number?

Thank you!

If the apartment is registered, on the website there will be a 13 digit number starting with 75
