In Chinon, France for 3 nights. Stay at Hotel Diderot, Hotel Agnes Sorel, or Chambre d'hôtes Au Relais Saint Maurice? Suggestions?

We stayed near Chinon in Saumur, in a gite which was a cave. Very cool. Can't remember the name of it but a lovely hostess and a great place. In Chinon be sure to visit the Abby where Eleanor of Aquitaine lived out her later years. The kitchen alone is more than worth the visit!
