I have a 3-5 hours to spend in Paris before we head closer to CDG for our am flight the next day.
Any suggestions for where to spend our time? Would love a place with lovely cafes and restaurants. We have already visited the main sites of Paris so sightseeing isn’t a priority.

Time of year? Or do you mean that you're there now?
The Marais is a good spot to wander with interesting shops and lots of scenic little squares and cafes.
We will be there mid-February
If it is rainy plan a stroll through the Passages -- these antique covered gallerias or 'malls' are located quite near each other so you can wander from one to another with little time in the rain. Vivienne is the prettiest, but they have interesting quirky shops and some restaurants/cafes.
