Looking for options to Bayonne. I could fly into BIQ from CDG
or MAD. What is the easiest most direct route. Thanks in

Use a flight search site like Kayak or Google Flights. Put in DFW as your starting point (assuming you want to go from your home to Bayonne) and BIQ as your destination. If you're coming back from BIQ, you can search for round trip flights. If not, be sure to choose Multi City or Multiple Destinations, and make your second segment from your last city to DFW. See what comes up.
What you want is US to Europe and Europe to the US, all on one ticket. What you don't want is to book US to Madrid or Paris, then a separate flight from there to Bayonne. If you are all on one ticket, it's the airline's responsibility to get you to Bayonne. If you are on separate tickets and miss your connection - for any reason - it's YOUR responsibility, both logistically (no help from the airlines) and financially (you will have to buy a last minute ticket).
