Hello,
What is the best means of transport from CDG Paris to our hotel in the city, especially during late night? We will be landing in Paris at 11pm.
Would you recommend SuperShuttle (https://reservations.supershuttle.fr/) or a taxi?

The best means is a taxi. Go to the nearest taxi rank - do not accept a ride from anyone who approaches you inside the airport. The ride should cost 50-60 euros into central Paris. There will be a 1 euro charge for each bag placed into the truck after the first one, and a 3 euro charge for each additional person over 3. Have the address of your hotel, including the arrondissiment, written on a slip of paper to give the driver. Bon voyage.

Shuttles are notoriously unreliable in Paris. If their driver doesn't show up that day 'ah well' and they won't let you know. If they miss you somehow, they will deny their responsibility and keep your money.
At this hour, get a taxi from the official taxi queue (never in any airport or train station go with anyone who pretends to be a dispatcher (they like to wave clip boards) who approaches you; they are scammers and the trip will rip you off. Find the official taxi queue and get in line; it won't take long at that hour.
