We are 3 ladies with a 9 yr old child staying in Paris for 3 days looking for the best hotel option with breakfast included close to Eiffel Tower with a view. We are traveling in Sept 2023.

Hi Yes I have been to Europe 20 years ago I assumed lots have changed.
