Best Downloadable Maps of Paris and France?

In 2019 when I last traveled to London I downloaded a great offline map that really helped with navigating and didn't require internet roaming. Any suggestions for what is most handy for Paris in this way? My family has both Android and Apple phones. We may venture outside the city too so bonus if you can recommend something for more of France as well. Thanks in advance!

I use Here We Go maps for that.

They have France broken up into départements, so you can download Paris (or Ile de France, I forget which) for Paris, then any others you need depending on where else you visit in France.
