Best Bouillabaisse in Marseille?

So, I'll be traveling through Marseille in a few months and I really want to try the local delicacy - Bouillabaisse.

I see that Tripadvisor recommends Chez Michel (https://www.tripadvisor.com/Restaurant_Review-g187253-d786084-Reviews-Restaurant_Chez_Michel-Marseille_Bouches_du_Rhone_Provence_Alpes_Cote_d_Azur.html) as the best place for it. While searching for more reviews, i also noticed that this website Taste Atlas (https://www.tasteatlas.com/bouillabaisse/wheretoeat) has it as its top pick as well, so I guess I'm good to go.

Nevertheless, I'd really love to hear any other suggestions for the best place for the real Bouillabaisse!

With the caveat that I am by no means a bouillabaisse expert, I enjoyed the bouillabaisse at Chez Fonfon. Here's a blogger describing her experience there. The bouillabaisse will run you €53 per person and there is no need to order ahead of time.

The restaurant is in the quite picturesque Vallon des Auffes; we took a taxi there from Gare St-Charles as the restaurant is about 3 km from the Vieux-Port.

Ah, that is a fancy price tag indeed! But with all the positive reviews, I am becoming certain that it really is worth it. Thanks!
