We will be in Nice for 2 nights and would like to try Bouillabaisse in the Nice area.
Any recommended restaurants for beef tartare?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I like the bouillabaisse at La Vague, on Rue dal Pozzo in the Carre d"Or. It is a dish that is from Marseilles, however, and so it is more rare on menus. However, their version is slightly nontraditional in the fish selection (they include some tender octopus).
La Mere Germaine in Villefranche sur Mer is known for their rendition, but I've not had it.
