Best arrondissement in Paris to stay for 4 nights at the end of June, beginning of July 2019

I am looking at 4 nights in an Airbnb. We will be taking the Eurostar from London. What arrondissement would be good for getting around the major sights easily. Walking or public transportation? Looking for something in a quaint/pretty area but easy to get around at the same time.
Thanks

There is no "best", since the major sights are quite spread out, and walking to most of them is impractical unless you're there for a month and only want to see one or 2 per day. Look for something central, in the arrondissements closest to the Seine (1-7). Most important, IMO, is finding a place very close to a metro station to make travelling easiest. Use the Metro or buses to get around.

We are particularly fond of staying in the Latin Quarter (location close to Ile de la Cite, lots of cafes, near Luxembourg Gardens). Many others like the Marais, or Ile de la Cite itself.
