Beauvais Airport to Eiffel Tower by car and train then back to car and on to Disneyland

Please could you help. I'm flying into Beauvais airport tomorrow due to land at 13.15. I need to be at the Eiffel Tower by 17.00 (to go up it with my family). I've hired a car that won't be able to drive in the ZCR. So I need to drive as close (and quickly) as possible to central Paris in order to park up securely (leaving luggage in the car) and get public transport to the Eiffel Tower.

To further complicate matters we then need to get the same public transport back to the car and head over to our accommodation near to Disneyland.

Are there any Parisians or local travel experts able to suggest the most efficient and quickest way to do all of this?

Your help and expertise would be very much appreciated.

If you hire a car in Beauvais, it should have the required environmental sticker, so I do not undestand why you would not be able to drive?
The low-emission zone (which you refer to as ZCR) is vast, stretching all the way to the A86 2nd ring road, so there is no convenient place to park for the Eiffel Tower.

If you do end up with a car sans sticker, I will just say that I still see many cars driving around Paris without said sticker, and that you can order a sticker on this site: https://www.certificat-air.gouv.fr/certificat/demande/fr/vehicules and get a confirmation email immediately, in principle, for the grand total of 3.11€.

With that in mind, I would drive closer to the Eiffel Tower. Book a spot ahead at Pullman Tour Eiffel, as soon as you have the vehicle license plate.

I would take the BVA shuttle to St Denis Université (16.90€), then take métro 13 to Paris (2.50€), transitioning at Invalides to RER C, exiting Champs de Mars/Tour Eiffel. You should be able to do that in under 4 hours. Remember you must allow time for security at the Eiffel Tower which is before the elevator lines.

Departing the Eiffel Tower, walk to Bir Hakeim on métro 6, take it to Étoile/Charles de Gaulle, connect to the RER A to Marne la Vallée/Chessy/Disney. Ticket is 2.50€.

Except that you currently can not go from Bir Hakeim on the 6 to CDG -Etoile. The line 6 is closed from La Motte-Picquet Grenelle to CDG -Etoile until February 28 for modernization works, and from what I have read in the press, the substitute bus service is woefully inadequate, with tourists around the Eiffel Tower area expressing frustration.

I hope and presume that by now you have found another way to do this.

See the second slide for Line 6 from RATP Trafic Info and run it through Google Translate if you don't speak French.
