Can you give a link to the property? There are a few different Beauquartiers.
Sentier is fine, a bit of a commercial/ wholesale area in the heart of Paris, just north of the Marais and Chatelet. Beware the floors. There’s one apartment per floor starting on the ground floor (Rez-de-chaussée) and then US 2nd is French 1st floor up to 3rd floor ( US 4th floor). I would not rent the top apartment if it is under the roof because it will absorb all the heat. I wouldn’t rent the ground floor or even the 1st (US 2nd floor) unless they face a courtyard due to noise. I lived close by for 6 months and enjoyed the area.
