On what day and at what time in this year do you want to be at CDG? That info makes a difference in how to answer your question.

What Calvados said, just in reverse. The OP is going from Bayeux to CDG.

Or, if you have a car, just drive. Unpleasant traffic around the north of Paris, but simpler than anything else.

How is the best way to travel from Bayeux to CDG?

My question is, "How did you or will you get to Bayeux"? From where? These answers will help assist with a better travel solution.

I see two trains that require two connections.

There are many trains that go directly to Paris without a connection. But they likely aren't listed for sale this far in advance. From Paris, you can take either a taxi (55€ for up to 4 people) or the RoissyBus from Paris Opera Garnier (7 minutes from the train station, 13€ per person) to CDG.
