Hi Everybody! My family is leaving Paris on July 14, Bastille Day. We will need transportation to CDG Airport (3 adults& 2 children). Seeing as it is a holiday, is this going to be troublesome getting out of town? What do you all recommend?

Just order a G7 taxi ahead of time and you’ll be fine . They have English speaking operators .

G7 is the name of a big taxi company that even has a separate phone number for English-speaking clients. If you Google G7 taxi Paris, you will find their site.

All the regular transport will be running but with 5 people a cab is the sensible choice.. Transportation doesn't shut down on July 14 -- although there will be metro stops closed along the parade route. Otherwise, usual holiday schedule.
