Any tips for watching the parade on Bastille Day in Paris? Can you see the jets fly over elsewhere? Not sure I'm up for the crowds on the Champs Elysees.
If you want a clear view of the parade on the Champs Élysées, arrive about 3 hours before the parade starts.
You can see the aircraft formation from anywhere in the city. In my opinion, the best views are from along the Left Bank of the Seine River.
