Bastille day closures in Toulouse?

Hello!

We'll be travelling into Toulous on the 14th of July next summer, and I've tried to find out what sort of venues, offices, shops etc. might be closed. In particular, we're hoping to be able to drop off our rental car at the Europcar office at the train station. I can't seem to find any specific information, so I'm hoping someone out there has has some experience or advice about this!

You can find other Bastille day discussions in this forum by using that search term in the box above. It does not sound like a good day to return a rental car, but since they are normally will make appointments 24/7, it just might work.
