Baking class in Paris

I am traveling to Paris with my husband, mother (78) and twin daughters who will turn 18 when we are there! I am looking into a baking class as a gift for my girls. They are beginner bakers but would love to learn to make macaroons (their fave!) or something else suitably French. It seems there are a ton of classes offered and I'm hopeful that someone can recommend one in particular? It needs to be in English and we'd opt for something on the fun side rather than very professional.

My niece and I are signed up for a Choux Pastry class in March with La Cuisine Paris. It sounds fun and is reasonable priced. I believe they also offer classes in making macaroons.

I've taken a couple of classes from La Cuisine Paris and really enjoyed them. I've taken the breakfast pasteries class and one of the macaroon classes. The class sizes are fairly small and personable and you take home lots of goodies at the end of the class. I would not hesitate to take another class the next time I am in Paris!
