Hi, has anyone done a bread or croissant etc. baking class at any smaller bakery in Paris? I have read about La Cuisine and Cook'n with Class, but I was wondering if there are any others out there. I have heard of a small one in Montparnasse (trying to find the name). Just putting this out there to see if anyone has done this somewhere other that the two mentioned.

Thanks, I checked with them and they do offer classes. Small ones in french for croissant/Baguette. $50 Euros p/p and $70 Euros for an English interpreter. If they have a handful of people and you all need the interpreter, you can split the cost.
