With teenage girls and two adults we are interested in touring a bakery in Paris, perhaps hands-on croissant or macaron making. Suggestions?

The croissant dough is pre-made for your convenience, because it takes a long time to rise and form the croissants.
Macaron making might be the way to go.
I don't think you will be able to "tour" a bakery in Paris, though.
