I will be traveling in France beginning next week. My primary destination is the ski town of Chamonix and I will be traveling with snowboarding equipment. My ski bag is 7 feet long. Will I be able to check it at train stations? I have 5 hours between arriving in Paris and meeting my airbnb host. He suggested storing luggage at Gare de Lyon (near our lodging) while we go site seeing, but I cannot figure out if they have facilities for an oversized bag. Am I going to have to drag this huge thing around all day?
