B&B in Vallocrine/Chamonix region to either B&B in Aosta/Italian Alps or to B&B in Switzerland?

In two weeks we leave on our family vacation to Paris then to a B&B in Vallocrine in the heart of the Mont Blanc region of Chamonix. We have a chance to visit one more stop before heading off to Belgium. My question is this: which is the easier train trip to make - one to Aosta Valley in Italy or to a town in the Swiss Alps? We will be able to stay two nights in either location before we head off to Belgium. Any advice on which of the two locations is easiest to travel to from the Chamonix area of Mont Blanc? I prefer traveling by train. I generally do not like to travel by bus, but then again, I am also thinking of the buses where I live and it is not a pleasant journey.

Aosta Valley is definitely the easiest to get to. Courmayeur and the Italian side of Monte Bianco are a 20 minute bus ride through the tunnel from Chamonix . It's gorgeous over there. Gotta ride the bus though!
