Planning a trip for next June to include Colmar...any suggestions on a B&B
in town with short walk from the train in the 120 euro range for a double and
any half day tours for wine tasting leaving from Colmar. Thank you.

It’s been several years since we stayed right in Colmar, but the last time was at Maison Martin Jund. It’s right in the middle of town. It’s fairly basic, but the price was good. It gets good reviews. We usually stay out in Eguisheim.

I have also stayed in Maison Martin Jund. It's basic accommodation, but within a working winery, they serve a lovely breakfast and the people are wonderful. It is pretty much in the center of town. As much as we liked it there, we like the smaller wine towns so we stayed three nights in Eguisheim at Le Hameau d'Eguisheim. It also is a working winery. The rooms are in the same complex as the tasting room. I think it was about 100 euro with a wonderful breakfast. It was extremely clean. We toured the wineries and wine towns on our own with a rented car that we picked up in Colmar.

I can't help with B&B suggestions, but I agree with Celeste about Ophorus for your wine tour. We were very pleased with them in 2015.

I took a tour with Ophorus a couple of years ago, and it was great. Mine started in Strasbourg, but they do have tours that start in Colmar as well. I arranged on pretty short notice - luckily there was availability, and they were very helpful getting everything sorted out.
Have some Tarte Flambee /Flammekueche for me!
