We just returned from a long planned trip with our 8 year old granddaughter to Paris. We had booked a baking class for her (and one adult) at Cook 'N with Class Paris. It was an awesome experience. Chef Christian led the class as he had the students each bake apple tartlets, two kinds of cookies (one in the shape of the Eiffel Tower), creme brulee, and a chocolate cake. He is a wonderful teacher, making sure that each student fully participated in making their creations. The kitchen is spotless, and the equipment appropriate for students of all ages. I highly recommend this class as a wonderful opportunity to enjoy Paris with a child of any age.
