Avis Rent A Car at Gare du Nord in Paris

When I have rented my vehicle, where is the exit I drive out of from Gare du Nord? What street will I be on when when I exit?
We will be driving to Giverny. I assume I get on Blvd Magenta heading North, then veer right onto Blvd Barbes heading North, then veer left onto Blvd Ornano heading North, then veer right onto Ave de la Porte de Clignancourt heading North, then turn left onto Rue Jean-Henri Fabre and use the on ramp to Bd Peripherique heading east.....

The trick will be the initial route to get to Blvd Magenta heading North. Any suggestions?

You end up on Rue de Maubeuge just West of the station: you should be able to take a left and end up directly on Boulevard de Magenta. If not, head straight, then under the metro bridge and immediately left on Blvd de La Chapelle, then right on Blvd Barbes. It should be relatively easy. Beware though, if you are also doing a drop off at Gare du Nord the location isn't necessarily the same.
