Enter something like "Avignon sightseeing" or Avignon hotels" in the search bar above, then fi,later for "travel forum" and then for 6 months or less or one year or less. You will find several discussions on these subjects. Good luck!

We stayed in Hotel de L'Horloge, right on the square and close to the Palace of the Popes. We had a top floor room with a terrace, and our terrace overlooked the Palace.
A really great hotel, quirky and French, just like we enjoy.
