Authentic Neighbourhood, Bistro/Caffee 1st Arrondissement,Paris

Good day all,

I am staying at the Novotel Les Halles Paris in the First Arrondissement.

Any recommendations on a local Parisian neighbourhood to experience an authentic side of Paris that locals hang out, go to the caffee, bistro etc.
