Do I need WiFi to listen to Rick’s audio guides for Paris walks?

Not if you download the audio file to your device ahead of time.

We always download them. Be aware, though, that IMO they are difficult to use if there are large crowds. His audio guides are very typical Rick - lots of info, but also lots of not-very-useful banter (but fun!) with the guides he has on, etc. We just did the Madrid walk - very hard to find a spot away from the crowds to listen to his spiel (and hard to hear, even with earbuds, in the markets etc), and difficult to pay attention to your surroundings while doing so, even using the pause function. So - depends where and when you are going, I think!
