Art Exhibit at the Met

The current special exhibit at the Met in New York is:

Public Parks, Private Gardens - Paris to Provence.

We were there this past Tuesday, and it was excellent. Coincidentally, we are headed to France on 4/30.

Just to add for those going to Paris soon... the art of Eugène Delacroix (the French Romantic painter of Liberty Leading the People ...young adults and kids may know it as the art on Coldplay's Viva La Vida) hasn't been on display at the Louvre for over fifty years. A collection of 145 pieces of work is now on display in Paris, will be there until July 23rd, and will be at the Met in NYC from mid September until after the New Year.
