Arriving 4/27

Hi everyone, I’m traveling to London for a wedding and have planned a 2-night stay in Paris, taking the Eurostar. I have been watching the strikes and protests in Paris. I’m from New York City so am used to protests, among other things LOL, but just was wondering since I’m traveling with my son if there is anything I should avoid. We are staying in Rue Cler just because we are following advice on here. I’m so looking forward to this trip and making memories with my son. Any advice would be so welcome.

Trying to calculate from your arrival date and your number of days, it looks like you will have departed Paris by May 1, which so far as we know right now is the next planned day of strikes / protests. So I don't think you have anything special to watch out for.
