Arrive Paris Easter Sunday

I plan to arrive in Paris on 17 April, 2022 (Easter Sunday) and start visiting sites on Monday, 18 April (Easter Monday). What can I expect to be closed and open on Sunday and Monday? Wil places to eat be open? Can I buy a Navigo card on Sunday? Will HOHO busses be available on Monday?

Public transport will be on a holiday (reduced) schedule, and a very few additional places (besides the official ones mentioned above) will be closed, but it won't make a major difference for a visitor.
