Are Eiffel Tower tickets still released 7 days out at 1 pm Paris time? I am not seeing anything about that on the website and was counting on that. Is this still true or has the policy changed. Anyone done this lately?

They are now dropped about 6-8 weeks out. I just got ones for the last week of April approximately 2 weeks ago. They disappear quickly. Sometimes you can still snag one that includes champagne (at cost).
I think people still do line up the day of (if anyone else can verify) but it's more hit or miss.

This is commonly offered as advice here but there is nothing on the official website that says anything about ticket drops other than the 60 days ahead ticket release https://www.toureiffel.paris/en/planning-smooth-visit Have you checked recently for seven days out in the future to see if there are new tickets? It seems that would be one way to test the theory. FWIW I see plenty of top floor elevator tickets available in April. But I don't know your dates.
