Hello! is there a grace period for the timed ticket? If you arrive a few minutes late will they still let you in? Thanks!

I don't recall a need for a timed ticket. I go around sunset and haven't had much line at all but haven't been since 2018.
With timed tickets, the period is usually the stated time plus a half-hour afterward. If you were a couple minutes after that? I'm thinking most people, checking tickets, would let you in (maybe not at the Louvre?).

I have arrived without a timed ticket, and decided the line was just too long to bear (besides, most of the line was underground in the tunnel–not a great way to spend some hours in Paris). It took my next trip to Paris to go up there—this time with a timed ticket. As to a grace period, I can't comment. I am too anal to be late.
