Arc de Triomphe ticket question

Arc de Triomphe ticket question:
We plan on going to the Arc but I don't want to buy a timed ticket since I'm unsure what time we'll be there (Arc website tickets are all timed)- I was going to buy from GetYourGuide as they are dated but not timed tickets.
However, we've got kids under 18 who are free. But still required to have a 'free' ticket. has anyone used these Get your guide or Viator tickets and how did you get your kids' tickets? Do I have to get in the long line of 'unticketed' people to get kids tickets? It says kids ID needs to be presented at ticket booth so if we need to get in the unticketed line, it defeats the purpose of us adults having tickets. The arc website won't let me reserve tickets for kids without buying adult timed tickets.

Just trying to avoid what lines we can.

Thanks.

I can't answer this specific question, but the line is often not that long anyway. Given that you are not even sure when you will reach the Arc, I would take the risk and not book.

I agree, I would just turn up. If you decide you really want timed entries, go directly to the official Arc de Triomphe website instead of involving a 3rd party ticket reseller like GetYourGuide or Viator.

For every thing that you need tickets for, go with the official websites instead of the 3rd parties.
