Apartment Rentals in Nice France

I am planning a trip to Nice and am looking for an apartment to rent for 10 days. I would like airconditioning and kitchen at a moderate price. Does anyone have recommendations?

Have you looked at booking dot com?

Do you want a studio apartment for one ("I am planning...") or with 2 bedrooms or more? What does "moderate price" mean to you?

What time of year?

I agree with Nigel that we need more info. My impression from a May 2017 trip was that lodging rates in Nice are highly seasonal.

I use booking.com most of the time, though most often for hotels. You can at least get some ideas from that website. The reviews can generally be trusted as legitimate; you cannot leave a review unless you have stayed at the property.

We are hoping to travel in late September early October this year. We would like a two bedroom if possible.

Pricing would be up to $175 per night.

I rented a loft from a nice woman and her daughter located in one of the tall buildings on rue Gustave Deloye, two blocks or so from the Massena piazza - it's a great spot as long as you're ok with stairs (steep) and commotion. Top floors tend to get very warm, too.
If you're into doing your own cooking, you can easily get fresh pasta and primeur goods in the market and make your own festivities; I preferred to spend less time in the apt....
