Apartment rental in Paris - recommended websites?

Hello all - this was posted in April 2023 so I'm hoping that you might have more up-to-date recommendations. OTHER than VRBO and AirBNB- are there any other solid sites to look for apartment rentals in Paris? Since there are 3 of us so we were looking more at apartment rentals vs a hotel so we could have at least a small kitchenette.

Guest Apartment Services receives constant high marks on the Forum. My husband and I have rented the Tulip apartment with GAS for September, but full disclosure, haven't stayed with GAS before. The apartments look like they have style and class and look like one would "expect" a Paris apartment to look. Add to the above, they are centrally located, provide concierge services and have washing machines. The prices are very reasonable. It is difficult to book them as they book way in advance. Hint--I kept going back in the hopes that something would become available and it did. Mind you this was back in February for September. Good luck!

I've used them several times and they're always great.

I rented three times with guest apartment services and have nothing but good things to say. They have a concierge office on the island near their apartments that helps you with reservations, etc. they give you a mid stay house cleaning and their apartments are generally very nice but they do not rent for less than a week and they’re fairly strict on their start days. (I think it has to be a Saturday or Sunday so keep that in mind.)

I’ve also rented several times with vacation in Paris and always had a good experience. I will say vacation in Paris is less expensive and more flexible on the rental period, but their apartments are not as professionally managed. There is a local manager, but you don’t have the same level of service. They’re really just there for issues.

I second Mmebonnie's vote for Perfectly Paris and have been staying in their apartments for about 20 years -- the most recent stay was in May.

Based on Carol’s review (and a few others), we booked an apartment through Guest Apartment Services and had a good experience. I booked in December 2024 for early June 2025. My husband’s credit card was compromised the night before we left for Europe (not something related to our apartment stay), and we were able to have a replacement card sent to their office and held for our arrival about a week later.
