apartment recommendations in Paris for group of 9?

Hi everyone -
We will be in Paris for a few days in July with our 7 kiddos and are wondering if any of you have any recommendations for a hotel or apartment? Our kids are ages 14-2. Thank you so much for your thoughts!

Due to the ongoing crackdown on illegal vacation rentals, the above-referenced apartment might or might not be available.
If you're staying only "a few days", the owner might prefer to rent to someone who will stay at least a week.

You might take a look at Citadines and Adagio apart'hotels, which are legal and have kitchens. You would probably need at least 2 rooms - and the added benefit of having at least 2 full baths and cribs, if needed.

If you don't need to cook, there are family-friendly hotel chains which can sleep 4 and sometimes 5 people. Sometimes breakfast is included for those under 12 years of age.

Also in July you might want something air conditioned. Though that apartment is large and beautiful, it's under the roof and not air conditioned.

What is your nightly budget? Do you mean this July? Not to be a Debbie Downer but you have left it a bit late for such a large group, especially because the group cannot be split up into two apartments (given the ages of the children) in two different buildings. You can look at getting three connecting Rooms at the Pullman Montparnasse. I suggest the Pullman because IMO you are going to need a larger property to get the possibility of enough rooms near each other being available in July.

@ Traveller, Were the 9 in your group adults or include older children? I ask because of the description of the layout. By the way, one part of the link says 9 guests and the other says sleeps 8. Were there enough beds for 9? It does not matter for this OP but I am curious. Thanks.

At that time our granddaughter was 2, but everyone else were adults. There was a separate apartment that our son stayed in which had bunk beds, I believe. He did refer to it as a hobbit house, low ceilings. The 2 year old slept with her parents in the second bedroom with the full bed, but she could have slept on the daybed or one of the couches. The master was huge with a lovely view to the Seine across the street. A nice situation for our family since we parents were paying, but two couples sharing the apartment might have had a difficult time deciding who got which room!

Citadines and Adagio apart'hotels do not usually have air-conditioning, but might lend you fans.
Apartments do not have air-conditioning and will be miserable in the Summer.
The chain hotels I mentioned all have air-conditioning.

We stayed at the Citadines Saint-Germain-des-Pres in Paris and there was AC in our hotel. I don't know the availability but our family of 4 found the one bedroom apartment we had to be perfect for our needs. Good luck!
