Friends are looking for a vacation rental in Paris in early October, and were unaware of the rules regarding short term rentals there.
Would anyone have a recent list of apart-hotel companies that are legitimate and reliable that I could direct them to?
I’ve searched the Forum, but can’t find much recent info.

I have a family member who stayed in one of the Citadines, in this case, the one in the 11th and they found it fine.

There are also a couple of "regular" hotels that have apartments such as Hotel Louison on Rue de Vaugirard. Hotel Bel Ami also has some apartments that have kitchenettes. Also Roi de Sicile has apartments: https://www.roidesicile-rivoli.com/apartment/. We stayed at Apartments du Louvre at their St Honoré location in March.
