Anyone ever stayed at THE HOTEL SIGNATURE ST GERMAIN DES PRÉS?

I am looking for feedback from anyone who may have stayed at THE HOTEL SIGNATURE ST GERMAIN DES PRÉS. My husband and I are planning to take our teenage daughter to Paris next summer for 5 nights. The deluxe connected rooms should work perfectly for us. Two bathrooms will make getting ready so much easier, as anyone with a teenage daughter can agree to. They have AC also, a must for me. We will take public transport or walk to see the sights, but prefer a quieter setting for night time as I'm a light sleeper.

Thank you for any thoughts you can provide.

Stayed there last year and love it. The hotel is owned by a family --the daughter runs the Signature, the mother runs the Hotel Londres et Eiffel, and the the father runs the Hotel Apollon Montparnasse. I love that hotel and I have met the entire family and they are all super charming, kind and helpful and seem like they are in the hotel business because the love meeting people. They are terrific small properties and the staff in each one is amazing. The Signature is near Le Bon Marche, a Hermes and a Christian Louboutin store and lots of other shopping and is in a lively part of the 6th arrondissement though it is not dead center of the tourist beat of that district and is not noisy at night. I mention the stores to illustrate that this is an upscale area. Sevres-Babylone, the nearest metro station is served by 2 lines -- lines 10 and 12 so you have metro options without having to deal with a mega station. I liked the Signature so much that I have since stayed at the Hotel Londres et Eiffel and that too was excellent. Cafe Varenne, Les Botanistes, and Restaurant La Petite Chaise are some good eating options in the area. In case you can't tell, I think you have made an excellent choice. By the way, we started out with Deluxe connecting rooms but my husband thought our room was too small so we switched to a Prestige room on the 4th floor (I think) and left our children (ages 18 and 10 so it's okay) on the floor below. I thought the room was a fine size but do not expect a huge room. Also, if you need a gym, a US-sized elevator and room service, you would want to look elsewhere.

I absolutely agree... I loved this hotel the first time, and I'm headed back for a second stay this October. My room was street side on the 6th floor and it was absolutely quiet. The room was small but exceedingly comfortable. Easy walking anywhere I wanted to go. Enjoy!
