We are considering this as our last night in Paris and wondered if anyone has been on this cruise. It will be my wife, our adult son, and myself, so we are not going into it looking for a "date night". Probably the 6:15 cruise as opposed to the 8:30.
We have done that cruise a couple of times, the food is ok, but the scenery is awesome. At dusk they light the Eiffel Tower up and from the river, it is breathtaking and many photo ops. To see that, you should take the later dinner cruise if you can.
Skip the dinner and just take an evening cruise.
I vote for skipping the dinner on the cruise too. You could eat before the cruise and then take a later cruise to see Paris from the water all lit up. It’s beautiful to see and you aren’t distracted from the view by eating.
Consider the Alain Ducasse dinner cruise. It is worth the 150€ per person for the dinner cruise. Otherwise, I would take the 10€ cruise at Vedetttes du Pont Neuf and eat elsewhere.

Note: in summer, nightfall, somewhere near 23h00, will be well after most dinner cruises are completed.
