Anybody else having trouble buying Orangerie tickets on official website?

I tried buying tickets today for a date in June which shows available for purchase. After a lot of trouble I managed to create the account with Vivaticket(official seller), I got all the way through the payment process only to get the message that my bank had rejected the payment. Retried, same result. I called bank who said they had not received any request for payment and had not rejected anything and there must be a glitch in the vendor website,

Has anyone else had trouble buying tix? Payment method was Visa.

I had problems over a few hours earlier today. They twice said my credit card denied the payment, then they wouldn’t accept my password both on a laptop and iPad. I had to create another account with a different email address and used a different credit card.

Hi,
I had the same problem in July/August 2024 with my Citi Thankyou Preferred Card/Mastercard. Went through the process three times only to be rejected 3 times. Called the 1-800 number on the back of the card and was informed that they do NOT do business with L'Orangerie. So I called a friend of mine that has an American Express card and she allowed me to use her card to purchase the tix.

You may want to try calling a friend but have them use your name and email account?

You might also try using your debit card instead. I believe that sometimes works when US credit cards fail.

Thanks for the replies. Good to know I am not the only one having problems. I will try again next week. It was actually a debit card I used on a desktop computer. I have used this card many times for European tix. Never had a problem. l’ll post again whether success or failure.

I am having the same problems. Today all I get is an error message after I choose the date. I can't even get to the payment page. Please update if you find an answer. I tried the contact form with no response.

Yes, also getting an error message once I’ve chosen a date. I expect it’s a system error. Hopefully will resolve soon.

I was able to purchase tickets this morning. My Visa card was rejected so I tried my MasterCard. It worked.
