Landed Wednesday, want to fly to Lisbon today, but flight may be cancelled, if it’s cancelled, I may have to forget the Lisbon leg of my trip & just do Paris—If I can get there. Spending a couple of days at CDG hotel not my idea of fun.
But have to deal with the unexpected!

Take a shuttle from your hotel to CDG and then take the RER to Paris. Don't feel trapped in your hotel - explore Paris !!

Hope your flight can get out. My husband flew out of CDG yesterday to Seville with only very minor delays. (The hardest part for him was the RER B to get OUT to the airport, because there were significant problems on the RER B yesterday.) So since you're already at the airport, you've got the tough part beat!
The main advice is to keep checking with your airline to see if they've provided any update on your particular flight.

Right, that’s what i’m Hearing here, Kim. So far no news of flight cancellation, keeping fingers crossed. Sun is out at airport.

My flight is going out today as scheduled. All flights seem to be operating. Nice sunny day at airport - a window of opportunity.
